1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on Earnily ("we", "our", "platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Earnily connects businesses with independent social media marketers in Kenya.

2. Marketer Obligations

As a registered marketer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information, including your M-Pesa number.
• Only promote campaigns using ethical methods (e.g., WhatsApp Status, legitimate social media posts).
• Not misrepresent the products or services of our partner brands.

3. Anti-Fraud & Click Integrity

Earnily utilizes strict IP tracking and behavioral analysis to prevent click fraud. You are strictly prohibited from: using VPNs to generate fake clicks, paying for click-farms, clicking your own links repeatedly, or using automated bots. Any account found engaging in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned and all pending balances forfeited.

4. Earnings & Payouts

Commissions are earned strictly per valid, unique click. Earnily reserves the right to audit clicks before disbursing funds. For full details regarding withdrawal thresholds and processing, please refer to our Payout Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Earnily acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising directly between marketers and partner brands, or the end consumers. The platform is provided "as-is" without any warranties of uninterrupted service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform, our business partners, or third parties.
